If you have problems regarding the HASP driver during installation please run the HASP Run-Time Environment Removal Tool (link) and restart the installation. |

Important! If there is a problem in the Pannoramic Viewer installation process when uninstalling the HASP dongle driver, please remove 'hardlock' from the Device Manager.
1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Go to Device Manager
3. Go to View / Show hidden devices
4. Remove 'hardlock' from the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section (image)
5. Restart the Pannoramic Viewer installation
