3DHISTECH offers HistoQuant for the general needs of quantitative histology. HistoQuant is a general quantitative image analysis software based on image segmentation. It calls up bookmarks from MRXS virtual slides and can count and measure every detected object morphometrically (perimeter, diameter, area, shape factor) and densitometrically (R, G, B, gray densities).
The masks of detected objects are stored in the virtual slide but they can be also exported to comma separated files (CSV) for statistical analysis.

NuclearQuant: for ER, PR and Ki-67
NuclearQuant automatically scores IHC nuclear stained samples. Color deconvolution allows for precise detection and you can also set threshold for classification of positive nuclei. Batch mode processing and manual re-scoring is possible.

MembraneQuant: for HER2 and EGFR
For automatic scoring of IHC membrane stainings. Color deconvolution allows for precise detection and you can also set threshold for classification of positive nuclei. Batch mode processing and manual re-scoring is possible.

FISHQuant
Using our technology leadership in fluorescence scanning, FISHQuant automatically scores FISH samples. FISHQuant offers selection from and modification of multiple built-in probes. Batch mode processing and manual re-scoring is also possible.
